Well, I rarely write anything with my stars.But this company deserves a little writing, so far they have done an awesome job. My HVAC system is very old , but they did not tell me I needed a replace it like other companies have. They did suggest a repair during the tune up, but they did not pressure me to make it. But after thinking about it for a couple of weeks, I decided to get it repaired. And they did an awesome job. I look forward to them coming in the fall for the heater system tune up. Chris represents the company well. I recommend this company!!!!

The technician Chris that visited me was efficient, friendly and carried himself with integrity. I'm very happy that someone like him is helping me with my HVAC needs. Great company with great pricing!

T & S replaced both heating and cooling system on our home. Pricing was great, install team was super professional and informative. The heating units are far superior to the 20 year old ones as evident in the single digit cold snap we just had. Look forward to see how the new AC units perform when cooling season begins this summer..

I own a gym in Edmond and needed my entire HVAC system replaced. Don and Hunter arrived and were told the gym had clients coming a few hours after they began. They completely tore out and replaced the entire furnace and AC unit before the clients arrived, did a fantastic job, and left the place looking better than when they showed up. I am incredibly grateful to have had such all star service from the two of them. 5 stars, I highly recommend this company, but specifically Don and Hunter!

I reached out to inquire about your services and acceptable payment methods for commercial work. Unfortunately, the representative who answered the phone greeted me with a very unpleasant and unprofessional attitude. I was so taken aback that I felt compelled to call back and inform management about the poor experience. Thankfully, the manager I spoke with was polite, informative, and helpful. I truly appreciate their professionalism and the accurate information they provided. However, I strongly recommend evaluating the phone etiquette and tone of the initial representative. Anyone seeking assistance especially regarding services deserves to be greeted and supported respectfully, not met with a dismissive or unwilling attitude. It was also concerning that the representative hung up on me after I asked for her name and provided incorrect information about your services. Again, thank you to the manager who took the time to assist me correctly and kindly.
