I lost my AC on a Tuesday because the blower motor went out, which is apparently the HVAC version of your house looking you dead in the eyes during 100-degree heat and saying, “Good luck, pal.” I originally called 2 major AIR “C” companies and went with the first one that could come out. They confirmed it was the blower motor, but I was told there wasn’t a motor anywhere close, that it had to come from Michigan, and that Friday was the earliest it could arrive. Then we found out Thursday morning after my wife called them not vice versa it would actually be Monday at the earliest. 🥵 At that point, my family and I were living inside what felt like a luxury air fryer. I also learned that morning from Lennox that the unit was still under warranty based on the home’s closing date, since this was a new build and I did not even own the unit when it was installed. That detail had originally been missed, and the repair estimate I was given from the previous was around $2,000. Then I found A&T Mechanical listed on Lennox’s website and called them. This is where everything changed. Jade and team answered, listened to the situation, and immediately said she would check on the motor and the warranty. She told me they would call me back in about 15 minutes, and they actually did. Not only did she verify the warranty side, she found a blower motor in OKC and had someone scheduled for Friday morning. That alone would have been enough to earn my business. But here is the part that really says everything about A&T Mechanical: they knew I was hot, frustrated, stuck, and desperate to get my AC back. They knew what I had already been quoted elsewhere yes I’m very transparent. They had every opportunity to take advantage of the situation. They didn’t. The total was $375. That is not just good pricing. That is integrity. That is character. That is how you build trust with people. John W. came out Friday morning and completed the install. He was professional, kind, and exactly the kind of person you want showing up when your house has turned into your dad’s grill on 4th July and everyone inside is one bead of sweat from emotional collapse. A&T Mechanical earned a customer for life. Jade and John W. were fantastic, and the whole experience felt like a company that actually has a process, actually cares, and actually tries to solve the problem instead of just handing you bad news and a massive bill. I wish I had the money to put this review on a billboard in Oklahoma. I will never use another company for my AC needs. Period. If you are looking for HVAC service, call A&T Mechanical first.

We called A&T Mechanical for an AC tuneup and I was really pleased with our experience. The staff was very friendly getting the appointment booked, and when the technician was on his way I received a text with a picture of him - had never seen this but thought it was an awesome touch. John was super friendly and very knowledgeable. It was our first tune up in a new home and I had a lot of questions - he took the time to answer each one thoroughly, pointing out things that needed immediate attention and others to keep an eye on for later down the road. The inspection went seamlessly and John was very thorough. After he was done he emailed a report with all of the info for future reference. I was really impressed with the level of care and the quality of service we received. Pricing was extremely fair as well. We have found our “go to” with A&T Mechanical and would highly recommend to others!

A&T was great to work with replacing my air ducts. Its been a month since my work was completed and I can't be happier. Honest and smooth process starting with Mike and Greg coming out and providing me a quote with no pressure, the office sending me the quote via email and then Jerad and Daniel coming out and doing the work. To top that off Joshua came out a week later to check on me and the completed work for quality assurance. New plenum and dedicated ducts to each vent. Work was completed in a single day. I hope they enjoyed the blueberry ice cream cheese cake my wife made for them.

Nick did a great job with my tune ups for my air handlers. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing and was very thorough in covering everything as well as an issue with one of my air handlers and worked with me to give me a cheaper price to fix the issue. As a courtesy, he also changed all 5 of my air filters in the return vents. Overall, he did an outstanding job! Thank you Nick!

Can't thank A&T Mechanical enough for the work they did on our business! We had electrical issues, and Stephen and Daniel came out and took great care of us. They were friendly, efficient, and got the job done just like we needed. Can't recommend the two of them and A&T Mechanical enough! Will definitely be using them for any future needs that arise.
