Prudhom Mechanical

I contacted Prudhom Mechanical to evaluate my HVAC system following a system failure, and requiring a second opinion. Prudhom was quick to schedule an appoint, arrived on time and were extremely professional. Their professionalism and technical knowledge were remarkable, and I would highly recommend using this company for HVAC needs and service.

Eric was absolutely amazing and I cannot say enough about his amazing work. He is the most friendly technician I have had the pleasure of working with! His passion for what he does and the people he serves is evident in everything he does and says. I will definitely use Prudhom again in the future, thanks to this amazing experience!

Eric is an Outstanding technician. Keeps me informed of his unit inspection and items that need adjusting, additional coolant, etc.

The technician was very friendly and polite. He took the time to explain how my unit functioned as well as different options I could look at so I am not over paying. Tje technican was methodical and actually found where a previous HVAC technician (not from this company) had actually installed a capacitor that was the wrong size and corrected it. I really appreciate the openness of this company as I see far too many times where places will over charge you because you to not know any better. Prudhom has definitely earned a new loyal customer as they will be go-to moving forward.

My technician was great and answered all my questions. He came and helped me promptly and offered multiple possible solutions. I really appreciate the friendly service and how quickly they were able to solve my issue. My only complaint is the price of Freon was far higher than the high end of what I would expect. I don’t mind paying for excellent service, but the actual product seems highly overpriced to me.
