We had a great experience with Barnett Electrical Heating and Air, especially our technician, Brandon. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly throughout the entire service call. Brandon quickly diagnosed and fixed our clogged condensation drain, took the time to explain what had caused the problem, and answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed. His honesty and attention to detail really stood out. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. We truly appreciate his help and would gladly recommend Brandon and Barnett Electrical Heating and Air to anyone needing HVAC service.

We had three technicians, one was named Richard, Kaleb, and i think maybe a bill? Not sure. However, they all were very respectful, knowledgeable, and more importantly they got the job done and they got it done extremely quickly! I think they all deserve a raise! They checked every outlet in our house. And they made sure everything was grounded properly. Five star work! Thank you guys again, and I will definitely be recommending you guys to everyone!

Amazing customer service. They went out of their way to work around a personal emergency situation I had come up after scheduling them two days in advance. Andrew showed up right on time. Then diagnosed and repaired the issue in less than five minutes!! I will be recommending Barnett to all my friends and family in the OKC and surrounding areas!
