I love the experience I have with Interstate! All the scheduling is handled over text and I appreciate the reminders that are sent out, especially when I schedule maintenance service months in advance. Today my technician, Jay, was prompt, courteous, and efficient in servicing my two HVAC systems. I feel confident in the service I am getting from Interstate and their team. If you need a company to do you annual service for A/C or furnace, this is the team to go with! Note: The price selection of 200-300 is maintenance for 2 systems.

I was so happy about this experience other than the problem itself. I scheduled online and Jake came fast. I was shocked it was only $99 for this on a weekend. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and through. He had everything he needed in his truck and took time to explain what he was doing and why. My drain pipe for condensation had busted and was leaking all over the attic. Jake triple checked everything before he left. I cant believe how fast it was, how economical it was, and they have definitely gained a repeat customer.

I called around 7:30am and scheduled a service and repair call today, I was offered a 10AM to Noon window to schedule. I was called at 9:45AM to alert me that my Technician was on his way. Jason arrived at 10:10AM . He was professional in appearance and behavior. Evaluated my system and told me that cost of each recommended item of work for my approval.
