Horrible! Do not use this company! Their customer service reps are rude, they lie, and put you on hold for very long periods of time. I was supposed to have a washing machine repairman out today but they tell me, "they can't find any record of this". ACS is now telling me that my appointment is Sept. 21st. I've already been waiting nearly a month for this company to get out here and fix this issue. They are hired by Lowe's insurance company as a middle man under Lowe's protection plan warranty. I will be contacting Lowe's immediately.
