Our AC stopped cooling on one of the hottest days, and we discovered our old R22 system had developed a leak in the refrigerant line. We called Air Factory, and Bill and Eric were at our house within an hour. Even more impressive, they stayed and worked late into the evening to make sure we had cold air again. They quickly found the problem, repaired the hole in the refrigerant line, recharged the system, and had everything running perfectly in about two hours total. Throughout the entire process they were friendly, honest, and took the time to explain what was going on without trying to upsell us. It’s hard to find people who are willing to respond so quickly, work after normal business hours, and genuinely care about getting a family comfortable again. We went from sweating in our house to enjoying cool air the same night. We really appreciated how hard they worked to get our air back on for our family. We’d definitely call Air Factory again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing HVAC help.

*review update 2 weeks later* Bill was absolutely the worst to work with. I have plenty of text messages, voicemails, and videos on how shady he is. Bill disappeared for 24 hours after with our work unfinished. Bill worked late into the night after his employees sat around for 7 hours doing practically nothing. He said he’d be back at 10 am. My husband told him don’t break your back if you don’t need to. Bill proceeded to say it wasn’t a big deal he was use to the hours. 10 came round no where to be found. No call or text. We didn’t hear from him till 24 hours later. A weak “sorry I was tired.” In that 24 hours we didn’t have hot water. Due to not being able to get ahold of Bill we had to have another company come out. The new company asked about permit. Bill was working without one. Shocked the other company strongly advised in contact the city. I called the city the next morning told them Bill was working without a permit and the city confirmed he never obtained one making it illegal work on our house. When bill finally made a call to my husband he was trying to get back into the house to finish his work. We told him per the city a permit needed to be obtained. He laugh and said the permit would be an extra charge for us. An extra charge for something that he NEEDED to have? No. We told him the city said he needed to have it and no work can be done till one was granted. We also told him an inspector had us scheduled to check the work that was left. He was extremely confrontational, demeaning and tried to gaslight us into thinking we had it all wrong. He went so far to threatening tactics and telling us our warranty will be lowered for getting a permit. We have this call recorded remind you. with Bills hot and cold demeanor I was not comfortable with him in my house alone. My husband had to take a few days off of work for this installation. Once bill got the permit it was the weekend. My husband had no choice but to work all weekend due to his call outs. He told Bill he wasn’t available due to working all weekend. Bill started to spam call, text, voice note, and voicemail. He couldn’t let the dodgy work that was being held together with tape be seen. He then in text said that we were being sketchy and he had a bad feeling and threatened to come back and take the HVAC. My husband was at work could not answer calls. Once we gave Bill the time he could come back not shockingly he was late again. Worked for a bit then said he had to grab something real quick. He was gone for hours. We had to leave so we locked up. Said he’d be back at 9am the next day to finish up about an hours worth of work. He didn’t show up. My husband called and texted. No answer. I called from my number guess who answered? Bill. Getting him to set up his inspection was just as difficult. Bill said he hadn't gotten anything from the city but the inspector had called me saying bill wasn’t answering his phone. Don’t leave a voice mail I don’t check them text me. Is what his voicemail says. Bill also said he called in an inspection few days later. I called the city to make sure he wasn’t lying. He hadn’t called it in. Bill then told us we needed to schedule it and call him when it’s scheduled. I called the city and they said nope the contractor needs todo it. Bill asked us for the number to call it in. Once it came to payment Bill was quick to show up. Can’t be late for payment. The first red flag should have been Bill offering $25 off per positive review that was written. There is so much more to how horrible this company was to work with but these are the main points.

I called this company out of desperation and didn't know how it go. They went on above and beyond and kindness supportive and let me know exactly what the problem was and gave me well options that will fit my budget. Let's just say they got a customer for life I'm so thankful . For their honesty and great great work.

Our ac went out and thankfully Bill was able to come out about an hour after calling them. Not only was he quick to respond, he was able to get out ac up and running in record time. This has been the second time we’ve utilized them and will be a returning customer should the need arise again.

Bill & Jeff were able to get two heaters in my older home working. They showed true professionalism and were knowledgeable about the gas floor furnace and wall heater, the were patient and showed me how to work both which was a god send with a young child in the home. I’m grateful for the expertise and their willingness to get my heat working! Thank you both
