AllTech Plumbing, Heat, and Air - OKC

My experience with the company had both ups & downs. I was told the job would take 5 days. It took 6 weeks. For 8 of those days, I had no shower. For 2 weeks, main bathroom toilet was not usable; when it was finally set, it has been running ever since. I have to turn the valve on/off every time it's used. The worst part was the damage and lack of care taken to fill in the gaping trenches in the back yard to reach the sewer main. I have tried many times to get Chase to come out and see what was haphazardly done, to no avail. Next to my pond, the dirt keeps sinking in. I'm afraid to walk on it. Broken sewer pipes, pieces of roots & branches, rocks were all included in filling the trenches. Patio & paver stones haphazardly replaced, though many were broken. The path the machine took left ruts and any stones it crossed, it broke or left the path uneven. I'm very disappointed in how the whole yard was left. I didn't expect new landscape, but I did expect better care. Very disappointed. I'm including a few pics, but I have more.

Excellent service & care! Jose & Cortez were professional, knowledgeable & respectful. Honest answers when I had questions, thorough with their work & take pride in their performance. Definitely performed above my expectations; even my husband was impressed! A/C system & HVAC issues resolved & very satisfied with their work. So pleased that we purchased AllTech Air’s membership. We trust our A/C & HVAC are in good hands. Highly recommend!

They did great job in replacing my old for new unit. Jose and I believe Mike who helps him done one best installing i aeen in last 15 yesrs. I would recommend them to any customers who buy from your company clean up and I enjoy hie east it was to hook up to my phone.i would have them any even on service call.

Great, professional, and quicker than expected install. Set up my smart thermostat for the new/different equipment. Highly recommend. Update - had a small hiccup post HVAC install - Matt was quickly responsive (messaged him after 11 pm), and Rigby was out the next day and quickly resolved the issue. GREAT service.

We had a legendarily huge project and the guys at AllTech were amazing. Front of house was average, but Chase was the BEST service manager I've ever witnessed. Tony has customer centricity down pat. Chandler, JJ, and Mason all completed the work professionally and as quickly and safely as possible - took care of our things, ensured our gates were always secure so pets wouldn't escape, were friendly and easy to talk to, and definitely knew their stuff! 10/10.
