Today was my first time using Drabek & Hill plumbing. My initial service call didn’t correct the issue, however, after speaking with their customer service rep they immediately sent out Mr. Rodriquez who quickly assessed the issue and fixed our leaking garbage disposal. Mr. Rodriguez ensured we were happy with his work and thanked us our business.

I called for a leak and was told i need a $3400 repair. After a couple days I had the same leak so I called them back. They told me I would need another $400 repair plus another diagnostic fee. After complaining they waived the second diagnostic fee but the plumbing manager said " we would have had to charge you for the $400 repair the first time". Not "sorry we charged you $3400 because misdiagnosed it". I've used them in the past and had a decent experience but will never again and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Edit: The cup was under the pressure release valve to see if it was releasing water, not a leak. Maybe the water heater was in fact leaking and I just didn't see it. That doesn't excuse the fact that I specifically pointed out that the reason I called a professional was because the water was coming from under the house and he never looked. Then i was told there would be no service charge on the phone but when the tech showed up he tried to gaslight and say it was a new unrealted issue so I would have to pay another service charge even though he was the reason there was another service call. I should have taken off work and called him out for not checking the specific spot that I pointed out the water was coming from, thats on me for trusting him. Either way it appears to be fixed now and i'll chalk it up to a painful lesson learned.

I had a terrible water leak over holidays, resulting in having to have my whole house repiped. No one wants that, and SAFECO insurance denied my entire claim. But my plumber, Naun, was a bright spot in this whole mess. He was so kind and easy to work with, punctual, hardworking, and knowledgeable. I felt I could trust him every step of the way, and he helped keep me calm in such a miserable situation!

They sent out Zerell a HVAC Technician to repair and clean my dryer vent. Zerell was very thorough doing a very dirty job which he even cleaned up after he was done and then repaired my vent. Everytime I have called Drabek & Hill they have been great. The one thing that I am not sure of is that their pricing may be a little high but everytime I have called them they have been out within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend them.

I am very thankful for Drabek and Hill. They have helped my business numerous times. Most recent project was running 220v & 115v power to our bakery’s newest item “walk in cooler” powered by the coolbot. It has been a game changer in out micro bakery. Thank you Drabek and hill for assistance. I will used them again soon.
