Came into a flooded living room on a Saturday morning. Discovered it was the hot water tank. My husband contacted Edco Plumbing and had someone at our house within 45 minutes. Within 3 hours we had a top brand water tank installed and was given more information by this company than we have ever had from any plumbing company in the past regarding maintenance of the tank and what recommendations of future repair work w/quoted pricing that needs to be considered. Very professional family owned business and we would highly recommend for any of your plumbing needs.

I am so thankful for this company. I had a pipe bust Saturday night despite all my best efforts to prevent it because of the freeze. I was without water from Saturday night until Monday morning when I called. They had someone out to my house within two hours (at the most) despite the conditions and shirt notice. Matt came and was so helpful and patient with me. He worked with me and explained each step of the process. When Mr. Ed got there he was just as kind and patient. They spoke to my insurance with me ans well as the water mitigation specialists that came out in order to streamline the process. While the cost of everything felt expensive, I don't feel like it was out of the norm like others have said. They came out on what was an emergency call and in dangerous situations to make sure I had water. They used high grade piping and did everything they could to make sure I was okay. I really appreciate their kindness, courteousness, and their professionalism.

Came out late to fix a leaking pipe. To cap off almost 700 to fix with shut off almost 900 and for new pipe almost 2100. We decided shut off valve didnt know we would be left with no hot water and no control over the cold or hot water meaning knobs didnt work at all. Paid almost 800 for no hot water. Then he kept telling us his boss does this and it might not last and pushing the 2100 to us. We asked for him to fix it not put us out of hot water now we still cant use the shower.

Matt was very professional, thorough, and did an excellent job! He explained everything that needed to be done and then did it all quickly. He cleaned up the area afterwards and was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely hire Edco and Matt again for future work.

Had my 17 year old water heater fail on me (in December, of course). Called Edco at 3:30 PM. Lance arrived at 4:30 PM, ordered a new water heater to be delivered while he removed the old one, prepped the site, installed the new water heater, tested it, and was finished by 7:30 PM. I had nice, hot water an hour later. Outstanding service and a decent price; I am a very happy customer!
