Wow! What an amazing experience! This company takes customer service to a whole different level. From the moment they came to inspect my old unit they were very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. They gave me the best price in town to replace my Heat & Air system. They did an outstanding job and worked around my schedule. On top of that they have amazing customer service. They went above and beyond. They overhauled our system today, new ducting, coil and return air intakes. They new right away we had a poor improper installation and corrected it. Our house is cool now and it feels great. Thank you Elizondo Air!

What wonderful people! During below 0 temperatures, my heater stopped working. Elizondo Air called me back within a hour and were at my door 30 minutes later! Unheard of service. Extremely professional . Efficency in finding the problem was incredible. Dedication to explaining and fixing the problem was both comforting and reassuring.
