My a/c hasn't been cooling for days so I called the "big guys" and they tried to sell me a new one ($12.5k). I should have called Metropolitan first! Their serviceman, Justus, showed up an hour later and replaced my capacitor. Now we're cool as cucumbers at a fraction of the price! It's an old unit and may die soon but not yet! When it does, I'll be calling Metropolitan to install the new one. Happy customer.

My mother had to call them to come our and check out her air condition/heating system. The tech that came out to check out her unit was named Caleb. He was very knowledge, professional and was just a very nice guy. He gave me some reasons and possible solutions for the problems that existed in the unit. He gave the system a extensive examination. And he did not leave until it was working properly... I thought that he represented himself and the company very well... I can see why this company has been around so long. They continue to provide good service to their customer base... Kudos to Caleb and Metropolitan for providing top notch service.

We've used this company several times before , The tech Caleb came out to service my family's unit, we know we needed freon because of a leak. After being on site for over a hour+, I approached Caleb to ask him what was taking him so long and if he was charging us by the hour. He let me know he was having issues with his hoses and getting them on the bottle and that he would not be charging us for the time. That he was needing to call another tech or go pick up another bottle.He left site and spent a total time of over 2 hours plus to complete this job. when finished Caleb his self said it took 10 minutes to do the actual job and apologized, He Charged us 300$ , Later we get a call from dispatch or Kendra" who said we were to much to deal with and abrasive for asking questions and wondering what was taking so long. Would not recommend them, better companies out there to deal with.
