Oklahoma Air conditioning

I have been using Oklahoma Air for years. I contract with them So they check my AC Or HVAC Every season. They are, oh, SO reliable and efficient! The contract is very reasonable and gives me peace of mind. Sadie in the office is helpful and always on point. Dailen came, this week, to service my AC. So respectful of me, my home—and even my little dogs who are friendly pests! He cleaned the area after himself which I appreciated. Highly recommend!

Oklahoma Air has taken exceptional care of our home for 16 years. The technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. Our house can be complicated due to age and multiple add ons but Oklahoma Air has effectively upgraded systems and replaced old units with newer technology. We have trusted them to advise us for duct cleaning, replacing ductwork and adding ventilation to bathrooms and kitchen areas.

I highly recommend Oklahoma Air for your HVAC needs. I’ve used this company many years for heat and air installation and maintenance. Their entire team is professional, trustworthy and personable. They’ve recently installed a complete HVAC system at my granddaughter’s house. This is a company you can trust.

Long story short, these people are mad I was able to save 4 thousand dollars getting a new hvac unit (in and out) from another company ( i got American standard which they dont carry) and now they refuse to work on my system. I have 3 kids, i have to save money where I can. I wanted new duct work put in and they said its too hard. They didnt even come out to look at anything. I have a 1500 SQUARE FOOT home, with tall attic ceilings ( you can stand up in my attic). I asked if this was retaliation for not buying the system from them and she just said " well the hvac unit is a whole thing in AND of itself and duct work is real intense work, we are just going to decline." These people are petty and dont seem to give off real oklahoman vibes. The company that installed the unit isnt free for another month or so and I wanted this done now which is why I called ok air. They used to be cheap, good, honest people, but i cant say that anymore. I think just like the rest of the older companies here they got bigger and now feel like they can treat people like dirt.

I had an incredible experience working with Mark and his team to replace my entire air conditioning unit. They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The communication was very clear, the customer service was excellent, and the day of install was seamless. From one small business owner to another, I truly appreciated the care and professionalism.
