Oklahoma Heat, Air, and Refrigeration

My AC quit working. I called asking for help and they were out the next morning. My unit was 23 years old. I was told what it cost to repair it but since it's so old other parts might also break on the AC and heat. Then I was shown a couple of different options to replace everything. I decided to replace it all with the help of the friendly repairman. He even picked up a "loaner" air conditioner and installed it for me to survive until the new heat and air were installed. Two days later two young men showed up when they said they'd be here. They were very polite, professional and finished within the time they said they would. My daughter previously used this company to replace her heat and air and referred them to me. They provided excellent service and professionalism. What a great company!! Our air conditioning was out and they got right out. We needed a wire fixed. Elijah cleaned our outside unit for us, he explained everything he would do and the cost. Elijah gave us information on when the next maintenance was due. He was a good representative of the company. Thanks again!!

Ethonne was prompt, polite, respectful, and friendly. He arrived and kept me informed during the service call. He did a fantastic job. My house is now cool again!!! I will tequest him personally when I need further service. Thanks to Chris also for handling an issue I had needed repaired. I didn’t have to pay as it was covered by my warranty. I can’t say enough good things about Kerry and his crew! Kerry come out to the house, assessed my situation and the next morning him and the crew were here installing a new unit for me. They come in thousands cheaper than the competitors in the area, with all the important things to me in the price, like same unite size, warranties, etc. They are all very professional, you will not regret using them for all your heat and air needs!
