We have had a service agreement for years with Pronto for our spring and fall tune ups. The technicians are always friendly and professional. The past five weeks our system has been giving us fits. We’ve had to call them out seven times. They have taken such good care of us in working to resolve the issue. They didn’t charge us a service fee since the issue was reoccurring. They continued to show up happy to problem solve and work to get it figured out and responded in a timely manner every time.

Pronto has been servicing my heater and AC units for about a year now and everytime they come out, they are beyond professional, quick and efficient. They give honest feedback on any services needed and provide the most affordable plans to help get those services done. Travis came out to service my AC today and did a fantastic job. He was courteous, quick, and provided a thorough review on what he did. I even asked him some additional questions on duct work and he gave me his professional opinion and the steps to correct it. I HIGHLY recommend this company for your heating and air needs!

I had a yearly maintenance check with Pronto Heat and Air,Travis did an excellent job. He was thorough and identified a flame rollout issue that could have potentially been dangerous, which I really appreciated. The communication throughout the entire process was clear, timely, and reassuring. Andrew and Rey handled the installation and did a great job Overall, this was an outstanding experience from start to finish, on top of my other experiences when they worked on my ac unit. On a 28-degree day, I came home to find my heat not kicking on. I called Pronto and within an hour Sean arrived, diagnosed the issue, and had my heat running again.
