Outstanding Service and installation. My AC stopped working so I gave Rucker Mechanical a call to see what was going on. The unit was older than the hills so I was hoping for the best but expecting the worse. The Technician showed up and was thorough in his assessment. The compressor was drawing an enormous amount of power and was worn out. They came out the next day to install a brand new American Standard HVAC unit. The install crew arrived on time and got right to work disassembling the old beast. The install crew did an outstanding job. They cleaned up their work areas and left the outside and inside just like they found it. In addition to the HVAC install, there were two electrical issues that needed attention as well (oh the joys of owning an old home). The lead install tech called his colleague at Rucker Mechanical & Electric and he was here within the hour to replace a plug in the furnace closet and the outside breaker to the compressor. I was glad to have all that under one roof so I didn't have to spend time calling another company and explain the issues to them. They completed the install in once day and even followed up a few days later to re-check the freon in the compressor since the day of the install was unseasonably cold. I can't say enough good things about the everyone at Rucker Mechanical & Electric. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Jordan, Caleb and their team of technicians installed a new American Standard HVAC System in our Attic. Prior, during, and after the installation it was apparent that customer satisfaction was important to the Rucker Mechanical Team. Everyone from the owner (Sean Rucker) to all the workers answered our questions. They spent 4 days installing the new unit and their process allowed the new system to run until they had to replace it. This allowed my wife and I to still have the old system running during those days. Our old ducts required filling with gravel and concrete, which again Eddie did without it getting it on the floor or carpet areas. After all the Attic supply and return ducts were installed they balanced the CFM for comfort. If we had any concerns or questions they were immediately addressed. The Rucker Mechanical Team are pleasant and meticulous and they will do a great job for you. Thank you to Jordan, Caleb, Eddie, Gabe and Sean for making this a pleasant experience. We will definitely be recommending you to our neighbors and friends. Matt the service technician was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. He explained the issues he identified and what he did to complete the repairs. Had the A/C back up and running very fast. Will definitely recommend Rucker Mechanical and Electric to anyone having issues in the future.

These guys are AMAZING!! They have fixed 3 slab leaks for me over the past few yrs. Every time I call they make it out the same day and ON TIME! They are very professional and always clean up nicely after the work is done. I would highly recommend Rucker!!!!

Big project home maintenance, its cost, its inconvenience and its “honeymoon is over when the work begins” often times reality can be maddening. Rucker’s undertook the tough job of moving our HVAC and duct system to the attic after the in-slab ducts on our 40 yo home failed. The guys showed up, every day of the five it took to complete the job, enthusiastic & courteous, sharing patiently and in as much detail needed, job steps and progress. They engendered complete confidence in their skill, knowledge and capability. They were cognizant of the household disruption and were diligent in keeping its impact to a minimum. The finished product is, well, I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves! Update Feb'26: Superbowl Sunday called in for both plumbing and electrical. Within a couple of hours, both tradesmen appeared at our door - courteous and ready to tackle the issues. While one was a smaller job and readily repaired, the other was efficiently diagnosed but awaiting quotes for resolution. Again, I recommend this group without hesitation.
