I’ve always had wonderful service from Gordon’s! Their local office staff is friendly and very knowledgeable of how to get you on the schedule quickly and affordably. The service I received today (11/18) was heater routine maintenance. My tech - Jose O. - arrived in the time window, and he texted updates on his arrival very timely. He was super professional in his presentation and explanations. He got my maintenance done quickly, and he did a wonderful job of telling/showing me what he did. His recommendations for maintenance (beyond what my contract covers) was very helpful. I’d gladly have Gordon’s send Jose back for any additional maintenance or repair. (I’ll note the price shown in this review is roughly half of my maintenance contract overall.)

Today Gary showed up at my house to do my annual maintenance. I’ve been using this company over the past year and it has definitely had its ups and waaaay downs unfortunately. However, today Gary was very professional, had great communication as when he would arrive and what maintenance he would be performing. Happy to see the company is hiring some good people with knowledge and good customer service skills.

I needed plumbing service for my back yard spigot. This place answered in no time for same day service. Michael Boyle was sent to repair my spigot. He was great! He worked through my dogs barking and my kids arguing. He interacted with my kids if they asked him questions. He was quick and knowledgeable. If I ever need any major plumbing work, he’d be my plumbing guy!

The Service specialist arrived exactly when I was told he be here. We talked about the problem, he assessed the situation based on his professional opinion and offered his plan of action, with possible variables "if" some unseen situations presented themselves along with the flat cost and possible variable expenses. The company is very good to work with and I got exactly what they told me they were going to send an "Expert" we could not be happier with the Service Expert, the Company or pricing.

Jimmy Stingley installed a new hot water heater in my home on 3/26/26. He was very friendly and professional. He did a great job of explaining the issues affecting my old unit and covered all the options for repairing or replacing the old unit. He installed the new unit in a few hours and took the time to explain all the work he had did. Thanks for the great service you provided.
