We have been very pleased with the service and price. We received personal service from Mr. Silvernail and Thomas the technician. My dad is 97 and remembers Thomas from 5 years ago. My dad can’t remember yesterday but remembered Thomas. Thomas is professional and knowledgable, he always explains what needs to be done and why. Thank you Silvernail Heat and air!!

Thomas and Mario came to repair a heating system.They were knowlegeable, focused, pleasant, and professional. They shared in detail the issue needing to be addressed. SIlvernail worked as a team with the owner Jay, bringing the part inorder to expedite the repair...thank you so much..I needed your help during the snow and frigided weather and you came the same day.

Thomas and Mario cleaned out my dryer vent today. Both are knowledgeable and courteous. They even cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend both of them.

Tim came over and had to jackhammer the floor up to remove the old flange by cutting the pipe. This was the only way he could do it. He then was able to put the new flange it but did not replace the toilet as I was going to lay some tile before reinstalling it. He did a good job on the floor and the new flange. The problem I ran into was when I reset the toilet it leaked. I thought it was my inexperience but gave up after three tries. I had been in touch with another plumber so I asked him to replace the toilet. He did and it didn’t leak but it wouldn’t flush either. After removing the toilet again he used a flashlight to look down the pipe and found it was blocked by broken up concrete. After breaking it up in small enough pieces he was able to get all he saw out with a wet and dry vacuum.

My heat and air unit quit working. Thomas came out the same day and fixed everything. He was fast and kept me informed on payment and progress . Highly recommend .
