We couldn't be happier with the work Smith Brothers Heat and Air did for us. This was a custom job with significant challenges once things were opened up, but they stayed calm, problem-solved, and delivered a flawless result. What impressed me as well was their integrity in honoring their original estimate even though the job clearly became more complicated. The crew was professional, respectful of our home, and did the job right. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy HVAC company.

Nicholas was my technician today, and I can’t say enough great things about this company. Nicholas was knowledgeable, Very timely, performed quality work, and at a fair price. If I could leave -5 stars I would !! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY !!! Our AC froze up so we used AI to find a reliable HVAC company near us that had veterans discounts and came across Smith Brothers heating and air . We called and they dispatched a tech to our house to diagnose the problem . The tech arrived , nice enough guy , and confirmed that our systems pressure was low so , there must be a leak . He attempted to find the leak with water and bubbles with no luck . He told us that he was going to charge our system with nitrogen and have Mike come out in the morning to check it and find the leak . Mike showed up the next morning , pretty nice guy as well , and said the pressure had barely dropped at all , that it must be a small leak and he also couldn't find it . Mike said he'd be back out the next morning to check it again and that he'd bring better leak detection equipment with him . Keep in mind that all of this is in the middle of an Oklahoma heat wave!! Mike showed up the next morning with his better equipment , found the leak and said he would recommend a new HVAC system . He said they might be able to repair our old system by replacing the coil but that would be $7000-$8000+ . He left and sent us an estimate for a few options . Option 1 -replace or system with a smaller one for $14,000+. Option 2- replace our system with a new system with a heat pump for $14,700+. Option 3 - a new system with a heat pump for $17,000+. I don't know allot about HVAC systems but , I do know when someone is trying to take advantage of me . You see what Smith Brothers did was , they disabled our system completely without fully explaining it to us then used the Oklahoma heat to pressure us into making a $14,000+-$17,000+ commitment to them . That is bad business and is very unethical of them . On the 3rd night of our system being disabled by Smith Brothers , it was a very hot night so we were going to turn the air on , it was working before they disabled it so we figured it would be ok . Luckily I thought to check online to see if this would be ok with the nitrogen still in our system and was alerted that this could destroy our system completely if we would've turned it on . This was never explained to us . Like I said , it's obvious they purposely completely disabled our AC in the middle of a heat wave and used that to try to pressure us into an overpriced , underpowered HVAC system !! I called another company and they just left our house after replacing it with the same 5 ton sized unit we had . The house is cooling down nicely and for less than 1/2 of the $$$ that Smith Brothers tried charging us . If you call Smith Brothers for HVAC work , get a second opinion , thank me later !

We had an excellent experience! Scheduling was easy, they showed up on time, and the work was done efficiently and professionally. Levi and Ben were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was going on instead of just rushing through the job. You can tell they really care about doing things the right way. I highly recommend this company if you want honest, quality work you can trust.

We do our yearly check-up with Smith Brothers! They are always very professional and knowledgeable. Prices are fair and they keep our systems running and ready for any weather Oklahoma can throw our way.
