Suntech Heat and Air

I am very impressed with SunTech. I have done business with Hunter, Heat and Air for years due to the quality of their work. When they stopped servicing my area, I was really bummed. But they recommend SunTech who they are merged with in my area. When they showed up to service my 20+ year old furnace, I was pleasantly surprised to see a tech, David, I was familiar with from Hunter. Like in the past, David was extremely thorough and very kind. I tried his best to make sure my unit was working at its best. We eventually talked and he had Dustin (?) send me a quote. I never felt pressured to buy a new unit (I needed one) and they went above and beyond to answer all my questions. Yesterday Jake and Billy came out to install my new unit. They were there practically the whole day install my new AC and furnace, while dismantling the Frankenstein that was my old unit. When they left, both my garage and my driveway were spotless. I can tell you how impressed I am with the service!

I had a plumbing issue recently and **Xavier from SunTech went above and beyond to help resolve it. He not only worked through a complicated situation, but also coordinated with city employees to make sure we were getting to the root of the problem. It was truly an extraordinary display of customer service — the kind you don’t see often. He was thorough, patient, and clearly committed to doing things the right way instead of rushing to a quick fix. I’ve used SunTech for heating and air for years, but this was my first experience with their plumbing services, and I was really impressed. I will absolutely be requesting Xavier for any future plumbing needs.

Xavier was VERY unprofessional! He and his partner walked off the job before it was done because he wasn’t aware of the entire situation. When I made the call to his office to confirm pricing, he packed up his tools and left without saying another word to me. He said the price I told him I was quoted wasn’t on the ticket which was not my fault. Absolutely ridiculous how he treated me! When I was calling his office he was mumbling something with his partner and decided to go. Instead of being professional and talking to the customer to see what the office said, he drove away before I could tell him what I found out. I will be telling EVERYBODY about this experience AND posting my experience on social media so they will know to not use this company. I’ve had good experiences in the past, but this one was HORRIBLE!! I was told by another tech Thursday about how much better the company is and I don’t believe him because of this situation. A manager apologized to me for what happened, but this tech was rude and disrespectful. Something needs to be done about how he treats customers.

David did a fantastic job helping my husband and I understand why our ac stopped working! He was professional, knowledgeable, and very transparent. The whole experience was seamless, and we have a clear plan set to get our unit up and going again!

Zachary was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about his job. He communicated clearly and made sure to answer all my questions. After reviewing everything with me and confirming that I had no further questions, he completed the invoice. I really appreciated his thoroughness and professionalism.
