They made two visits to determine the actual root of the problem, exhausting all options. I hadn't had AC for over a week and this team worked hard to push through a new AC system with my warranty company and even came out to install on a Saturday!! TemperaturePro responded to me very quickly and recommended I replace my condenser. They showed up when they said they would and completed the installation in one day. We are very happy with the service they provided.

This was our first time to use them and they did a wonderful job on a rental property that we are looking at purchasing. They also gave us some good tips. For instance, next year, OGNE will pay for tuneups between April and October 2024 and they will be one of the companies that can do it. so keep their number and put it on your calendar and call them up next spring.
