Michael did a wonderful job! he answered all my questions—I had more than I should have—and alerted me to some caution tips on what I should watch out for to prolong the life of the unit. I could not be more pleased with his visit and work . He installed new vents I could not do myself, changed the air filters in all units and found a very small leak in the compressor that could have been easily missed. One unit had stopped working a couple of months ago and he had it back up and running in a very short time. He even pointed out a repair that will need to be done by an electrician and was able to make a temporarily fix on the needed repair. I could not be more pleased with his work. He is a very professional, polite and patient young man.

He was friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and took care of our all HVAC tune-up needs within an hour. Go with The Kool Guys!

My experience with Air Conditioning Service Inc. was great from start to finish. My heater stopped working and they were able to get a tech out quickly. He diagnosed the problem right away, explained everything clearly, and had the parts with him to fix it on the spot. The customer service was excellent. I highly recommend this company if you need your heat or AC serviced.
