It is the summer of 2022, and the temperatures have been 100+ for the past couple of weeks. Well, my AC decides this is the best time to stop cooling. True Climate is the first company that was able to come out on a same day service call. Called at 8:00am and the tech was at the house by 2:00pm Shelly answered her phone quickly and was able to schedule her technician (Boyd) later that afternoon. The tech opened up the condenser and immediately recognized that the start capacitor was bad. He replaced the capacitor and the unit immediately started working normally. Now this company could have told me that the 20+ year old unit needed replaced, but they did not. They fixed the minor problem and had me cooling again less that 30 minutes after arriving.
